Executive summary
This project is based on Employee empowerment. I am making project on Hungry Jack where I am working as Front desk Customer care and the purpose of this project is how employee practice empowerment in their organization and how it impacts on service, quality and customer service. Since I am working I found that employee do not happy to work without any power and talk internally about the some decision authority which hold by the store manager only. I am discussing some data on impact of change decision by management which was greeted by every employee and enjoy to working. Every employee has empowerment as per his designation and feel free to take decision. There are several benefit examined after introducing employee empowerment and some misuse by the staff as well.
I am undertaking this project in Hungry Jack’s. This project based on Employee Empowerment, the decision was taken by the management as working on front desk without any decision authority it is difficult to resolve any problem in first inquiry. The concept of giving best customer service and reduces the new recruitment cost and company look after every employee performance and give excellence training for quick output. Employee does not happy to work without any authority of decision and for any query they need to contact store manager for assistance. Retain them by offering him more allowances, authorize to take a decision for satisfy the customer needs and employee will enjoy to work with decision right by own, rather than ask to the manager every time about taking single decision.
Employee empowerment increase the social and economical strength of every individual in organization, it also develop confidence in their own. Empowerment is the process of enabling individual to think, take an action, decision making, behave and control on work. The organization has the responsibility to create a work
