• The main idea of this article expresses that Barack Obama will address the country Wednesday to explain to the nation what the game plan is to fight against ISIS.
• The US plan vs. ISIS is that they will gather information. They are gathering increased intelligence on ISIS, and using airstrikes to protect American personnel.
• The US didn’t take ISIS seriously a year ago because they weren’t originally a threat until now, so they did not take it seriously until now. (They referred to them as being a JV team before)
