The conservative perspectives for individuals wants no government involvement in health care policy, and requires a removal of basic federal requirements that prohibits health insurances to remove care benefits for individuals with pre-existing condition. The liberal perspective holds that affordable health care should be available for all Americans, irrespective of medical history. There is no legal binding for an individual to sue and insurance company because of higher premiums related to their medical history, however, individuals affected by pre-existing condition will enjoy legal protection when passed. Religiously individuals have different perspective, however, all agree that the sick must be given care in an affordable health system, and not exploited or discriminated against. It is unethical to discriminate against individuals with medical history to pay more premiums. Some cultural groups with higher poverty rate suffer more and disparities occur.
