Eugene Greenwold had dismiss charges by the States appealing from the charge of homicide by intoxication with .1% or more of alcohol level in their blood system and with the use of a motor vehicle and homicide by driving a car with the violation of ยง 940.09(1), STATS. On the facts on this case it shows how incident involved a car rollover accident on the Highway N in the Town of Presto, Trempealeau County. It shows how the officer that arrive at the scene where it found Julie Murray and Greenwold where the officer spoke first with the owner of the car Julie unconscious to see how was driving the car. Greenwold say that he was not driving but at the same time he was not sure if she was driving. Two days later Julie died from a head injury from the car accident.
