Partnership! for! spatial! planning! and! economic! development! over! the! coming! years.!By!comparing!the!situation!and!issues!in!Europe!and!Lincolnshire,!it!can! be! found! the! specific! issues! and! challenges! facing! Lincolnshire! show! both! similarity!and!difference!with!whole!European!issues.!From!economic!aspect,!the! major! problems! in! Lincolnshire! are! the! relatively! low! skill! and! low! wage! economy! and! increased! populations! reaching! retirement! age.!
