Social media plays a big part in society especially, when consumers want to interact and archive their experiences when it’s at businesses. Let’s face it today everyone posts everything from Facebook to Reddit everyone, has to chat and post about something especially when it comes to purchasing a product from a certain company or franchise. Good or bad, businesses with accounts are tagged by the consumer and, usually the account (or consumer) that purchased the item will voice their opinion. This can lead to a good increase in sales or decrease depending on who viewed the post and if they though the product was good enough to purchase themselves. So what I’m saying is social media can play a big part in increased sales for a business without investing in any marketing function, period!

For Jose Rubio’s and my business “Everlasting Chew Company” we both thought it would be heavily impactful if we started in a few outlets, and expanded later on if necessary.
