Now, imagine if you could get rid of all emotions or just one, would your this improve you lifestyle or just make you lose sight of the colors in life. Fear is one of the most controlling emotions a human has. An essential tool for survival and self awareness, an emotion that has can be the reason you survived or failed. The question that many of us have is, does fear keep us from achieving great things? Ir does fear make us smarter? It's almost a fact that all of the humans have at least one regret that was created, because we were to afraid to get the process through. This is a fact, because fear is really hard to overcome. Just think about it, Imagine that your backpack with all your homework and work is in the middle of a dark room, and you have phobia to darkness. You are going to be to scared of the dark to go get your backpack, so now your are going to start all over with your homework or receive a low grade, because you weren't able to get your backpack. In this case fear is negatively affecting your life, but in other scenarios fear helps you. Fear is something that can't be erased it can only be control, so instead of dissolving it we should try and use it in our advantage. Emotional intelligence is the best way to tackle this discussion. Being emotionally intelligent is defined by the way a person act in a situation where an emotion has controlled the whole body. Adjusting and adapting to the situation will bring the best results. Being emotionally intelligent is decided by how you act in situations where emotions overpower your body. In an article about controlling your emotions Linda states that “mastery of your emotions is important not just for psychological well- Si being, but also for success in many areas of life.” If you thinks about it, we humans are always in an emotional situation, so dealing with emotions is what we have done all of our life. So being emotionally intelligent is an essential tool to bring positivity in your life. When you are doing homework you can be mad, but if you understand the benefit you will still do it. The question is, have you been smart with you emotions or do you just let your emotions overpower you? After answering this question you can know if fear affects your life negatively or positively.
