I browsed through each site on the food groups. When going into the different food groups, it gave you many choices of that food and some alternative choices too. It also broke down serving sizes of the different food groups. It also gave you the best nutritional value choices in each group along with what to buy first. IE: Fresh is best, then frozen and last but least can food. It also gave you some cooking ideas and appealing ways to serve that food group. Safety tips were also given in each good group along with some choice for children and other health related issues to nutrition.
In the “Tips and Resources”, I found lots of interesting ideas. I was able to print of a daily food dairy sheet based on my requirements. There I found related topics to loosing weight and alternative exercise programs. In the related links was able to research different sites for weight loss and control and some topics
