The Noahic covenant was the first unconditional covenant between God and Noah when God told Noah that he was going to destroy the earth with a great flood. God spoke to Noah stating that he would make a covenant with him and his family in Genesis 6:18.
God looked at the earth and saw the wickedness in the earth. God’s function status as the creator of all the earth is the breath of life, of all flesh and his decision to destroy all things of the earth, animals creeping things and birds is the direct tie to God as the creator(Clark,2009).
