I, Teshiyanah Archie, am writing this document to declare my independence from washing dishes. It is my belief that with school, work, and my social life there is no time for washing dishes.
I feel I should be able to come from work and school without the stress of washing dishes. It is my time to be a teenager rather a maid. I should be able to come home from a day with my friends and not hear the 3 words “wash those dishes.” As a teenager I should be able to go out with my friends, come home from work and school and NOT WASH DISHES
