Violent civil disobedience can never be justified. Great leaders like Martin Luther King and Gandhi broke the law and changed the world to a better place by their non-violent movement. Martin Luther King led the civil rights movement and he fought for equal rights, he protested for equal rights without using violence. King's non-violent movement was inspired by the teachings of Indian leader Mahatma Gandhi. These prove that disobedience have to be non-violent and violence is not necessary. Pursuing this further, the government should change unjust law. The government should act and make an action for unjust law because they are responsible for the good of the community. The government should be fair and just in considering the things that affect the society. They should consider the people’s live and if it will benefit everybody. The government should carry the word justice in every law provided. In conclusion, there are just laws and unjust laws in our society. Unjust law is no law at all. It is acceptable to break the law and disobey the rules if it has right intentions, non-violence and if the community will benefit from this.
