McBride is a financial service company with sites in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Their target consumers range from senior citizens buying a first or second home to families or individuals purchasing recreational venues. McBride is looking to widen their range of customers which will require them to create a new advertising campaign. McBride believes that it is a necessity to improve their company’s mission concerning customer service and commitment. They also believe that their company should not focus solely on making money, but they are wanting to establish lasting relationships with their customers

This incompetence to connect with their current clients has halted the company’s profits for the year, and if they want to stay in business they must generate new profits for the rest of the year. An analysis of their current customers could give them an idea of what their current customer’s capability for a high end low fee contract, and also possibly give them favorable circumstances for refinancing.
McBride needs to gather the date from which its custom sites to be available, this will allow them to project possible revenue in the near future. We already established that McBride’s target crowd differs in many factors, white collar workers and senior citizens can be fascinated by gaining a second home or vacation house, families or a single person can easily get excited by establishing a home for themselves or their family. The business proposes the use of an automated system which is customized for online mortgage transaction. The website also promises that the customer’s transaction will be reviewed and completed within one business day after being submitted. Advertising will focus on low costs while seeking the most updated technology characteristics such as an online transaction process, incorporation of a home assessment, and a home inspection. The McBride website is in desperate need of an overhaul, this will help to attract more clientele. Currently the website is very simple and unpleasing to anyone who views it, McBride must make it more eye appealing as well as user friendly, they could easily put a link on the home page to use comments and feedbacks from their current customers. The comments and feedbacks will consist of describing the user’s experience with McBride, the site in which their home was bought, the type of home it is for the user as well the location to assist with identification
