Introduction:
In early April, Carl Robins, the new campus recruiter for ABC, Inc., successfully recruited several new hires in spite of having been at his job for only six months; this was his first recruitment effort . However, Carl is inexperienced and maybe not remembering his training, he did not complete the appropriate actions for hiring new trainees. Carl did not realize what his responsibilities fully involves, he also did not realize how to utilize effective management skills. The new applicants did not complete mandatory drug screening, training were not prepared, and he did not have available space for orientation by July. While going through his files, he became aware of his mistakes and panic wondering what he is going to do. Carl is about to endure a professional nightmare as the target date for orientation approaches, and he is regretfully unaware of certain areas of non- compliance in the applications process, transcripts, and mandatory drug screenings required of all new hires.
While going through his files, Carl became worried about the mistakes that was made and what needed to be corrected. Thinking to himself what should he do next will he be able to rise to the occasion and deliver what is expected of him, as the demands of his position, and as outlined in his job description, or will he stand to lose his newly acquired position due to his lack of communication and inexperience skills.
