Exercising and Being Healthy
A large study has shown just how sluggish American children become once they hit their teen years. The study found that as children grow older, they engage in less physical activity.
Lately people in general have been lacking exercising and not having enough nutrients in their body. By the ages between fifteen and eighteen, less than one third teenagers exercised for one hour on weekdays. Just seventeen percent exercised for a full hour on weekend. Thirty two percent of men in the United States are obese and thirty five percent are women. The lack of motivation people have now a day, have caused this issue. Adding on to that, junk food and unhealthy food is the primary distraction developing or following up to become obesity. Also nutrients is a main key to the body, its the constituents of food that sustain humans physiologically for example proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins minerals, and water.
Calories is a unit of measure that indicates the amount of energy obtained from a particular food. Having low calories is bad for you but also having lots of calories is bad, but having the right amount for a regular daily basis diet is good. 2000 calories would be a normal amount for a day. One of the most healthiest things to drinks could actually be risky too, water.
Too much water, hyponatremia is also a serious health risk characterized by low sodium levels after water. Proteins are a good source of nutrients for your body. They are the most abundant substances in the body. They are used to repair bones, muscles, skin, and blood cell. Proteins helps transport iron, oxygen, and nutrients to all body cells. And ten to thirty five percent of
calories should come from lean protein. Carbohydrates are supply energy needed to sustain normal daily activity.They are metabolized faster and more efficiency than protein.
Carbohydrates are converted to glucose. They play an importable role in the functioning of the internal organs, the nervous system and muscles.
So many things you read on sodas, juices, chips, basically any kind of food that has been produced have some sort of sugar in it. Having many different names making you seem that it doesn't have sugar, for example fructose, sucrose, lactose, maltose, etc. These are all kinds of sugars, so you would actually never know have many calories you have taken in. Lot of our foods are created like this, but there’s also healthy foods out there. Vegetables, breads, and whole grains, these are good for you and they also benefit you, maintaining healthy skin, insulate body organ and helps promote healthy cell function. Other foods that are good for your body are fish (salmon), milk, spinach, and soybean. Salmon have omega three fatty acids, soybeans have omega six fatty acids, and milk has calcium. And calcium makes your bones and teeth strong. But with all these foods you also need to exercise daily, so your body can maintain fit. These foods will help you
