The omnichannel customers shop online and, within the store. With life becoming so busy and, technology changing, customers can search the internet before going to Macy’s store to shop. These customers may be an individual with little or, no time to shop. Macy’s objectives are to boost earnings, sales profitability and, return more to shareholders.
