Working in fast-food has always had its ups and downs. Sure there are the nice people that you come across daily, but there is also hard work. Which is not a bad thing, but the salary is not good at all. My wost work experience ever was working at my first job at McDonalds. I did not like it at all! It was a fast paced job. I myself do not like face paced jobs. I do not like to be rushed in anything that I do. I believe in the saying,"Slow and Steady wins the race." while I was working at McDonalds, I was put in the drive through window almost evryday that I walked in. While working in the window, I had to be very careful about the times that I serve the customer. That means that I would have to bump off the tickets on screen so that time time would not go up. The customers are supposed to have their food within fifth-teen seconds pulling up to the second drive through window. So I would do what the managers say to do. Bump off the ticket. If the ticket is lost or the food, I would be the one that would have to expain to the customers what happened to the food. I would get told off numerous of times. I would be the only one to deal with their rage until they ask for a manager or feel satisfied. I really hated that part. Also, I really hated to come in on rainy days. Ofcourse, I would be in the window. I would be getting wet handling the food and drinks out of the window while the wind in blowing in my face. I absolutely hate dirty jobs! Customer Service has always been an issue while working at McDonalds also. I despised rude customers. But I hated to have to pretend or put up with those rude cutomers just because they had an awful day. But I knew I had to keep in mind, whta position i signed up for, so whatever attitude people gave off, I would have to deal with it. Then sometimes the managers would put me on different stations that I was never trained in. My manager told me to work the grill. I told her I have never done it before, but she said to do that or go home. So I chose to stay and I worked on the grill. I was
