Can what you eat contribute to your fears? As ridiculous as this might sounds, this is one of my most curious questions. As a kid, I’ve been told by my parents that if I eat too much sugar, it’ll give me nightmares. So, could eating certain foods give you more fear?
Is there any foods or drugs that can rid you of fear? As an example, I’m going to use a fictitious drug from a movie I’ve seen multiple times. In ‘Nightmare on Elm Street 3,’ a main character takes a drug known as Hypnocil, which helps her to not dream when she goes to bed, therefore eliminating her from having nightmares.
