I observed Priscilla's physical, emotional, cognitive, and sensory components during the intervention. She followed OT slowly because of dementia and sometimes unable to followed at all. Her appearance was friendly and dressed up. Posture of Priscilla was crooked. She had no static and dynamic balance. ROM was within functional limits and she was a right-handed. Emotionally she was a very calm and happy person. Her tone of voice was within normal limits. I noticed that she could handle slight pain while doing the activity and had lot patience. For example, if the practitioner has to go see another patient. She could wait for the practitioner and not complain. I didn't see her getting frustrated with anything. The cognitive behavior I observed was, Priscilla had a good memory. She shared old memories of her life. There was a time I noticed while talking she would change the subject and talk totally out of the topic. Sensory components I observed was, her sensation was intact and had mild hard of
