He contributed his experience of over two decades in the metal processing industry as well as the exposure he had gained during his extensive travels. The firm’s manufacturing facility was located in the Sahibabad industrial area, which lay in the National Capital Region (NCR) of Delhi, India.
Ferro Industries was honoured with the Best Technology Award in 2009 from the National Small-Scale
Industries Council. Since its inception, the company was established as a quality-driven organization, and was constantly striving to introduce innovative products and technologies in order to provide high-quality services to its customers (see Exhibit 1). The firm planned, designed and erected more than 100 plants worldwide, which utilized international experience and the latest technology available. By the beginning of the year 2010, the firm’s international experience gathered over the last couple of years helped in the smooth functioning of tailor-made lines. These lines were
