On my first day of fieldwork, my supervisor gave a complete tour of the setting where we will be working mostly. The policies that were mentioned is to take student bathroom with the staff, because staff has the key of the bathrooms and for students' safety.

I was able to perform co-leadership role during my fieldwork with my classmates. For instance, creating an activity called "Wildflower Pot" with my classmates and performing it with the students.
