Erika then complied and sent the document to the attorney. When I followed up with her regarding recalling the previous email, I learned that while Erika initially had sent the document to me and the attorney, because she had cut and pasted the attorney’s email address incorrectly, the email was not sent to him. It was returned to her as undeliverable. After the assignment was sent to the attorney, I sent a few zooms and an email requesting Erika to close out the task so that I could log out of the job. I finally called her to ask her to close out the task, she seemed confused and remarked that she ‘did start the job at 11:15’. I explained that she needed to create another note with the time spent sending the document to the attorney, and with this she completed the task. Although she entered her time and completed the task, she did not follow department procedure of filling out the comment section with the number of pages. After all attempts to get the information from her, I finally accessed the document to ascertain the information. At 7:33 a.m., Erika sent me a zoom with
