The first health promotion campaign is Change4life. The Change4Life aims and achievements for the campaign is to promote the health and wellbeing which changes people’s attitudes, perspective and motivation towards a healthier lifestyle.
The raise in health awareness in the change for life campaign is to reduce the obesity levels in England. They have achieved this by urging the public to “Eat well, move more and live longer.” Focusing on families and children, those particularly being under the age of 11.
The health risk advice in this campaign reassures those in need of help of their concerns and issues with being overweight or obese. They allow individuals to have access to the right attitudes to want to change and the benefits of avoiding

Statistics show that already, 30% of children and 61% of adults are overweight or obese approximately 64% of all families are biased towards low income groups. The campaign reached 99% of families for a target reach at the end of January 2009.
