From the article of Florence and identity. Florence is the founder of the modern nursing. We are going to discuss how this three factors (Nightingale 2016). That is, traveling and taking notes, independent and passionate and bravely helped her in the attaining knowledge, skills, attitudes, values, experiences, choice and even gain commitment her field of work. Since personal experiences, and the knowledge acquired from the power of the administration from the school and the place of work helps ranking an individual to the society.

That is she makes her own decision regardless of much opposition by from the family. She instated in joining a nursing school that is in France where they host a training college, an orphanage, and a unitarily. From this place, she gained experience, commitment while helping the orphans. It is evident from her move in July 1851 through October in France to the Keiserwerth. The sense of commitment was gained while she was a trainee. Since all trainee was supposed to be awake by 5 a.m., take their breakfast then take get into work until noon. From the article of Florence and identity, we come to learn that she was a serious kid who was always concerned with the welfare of the others. That is she was always concerned with the well-being of the poor and the ill. From the teaching of the church and her background having been from the extended family, she gained knowledge about the existence of the higher being which is God.
