For my project, I chose to do Floyd Maywheather because I did a boxing ring, and Floyd is argubaly one of the greatest boxers of all time.
Floyd Mayweather was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan on February 24th, 197. He grew up in a one bedroom house, which sometimes had no electricity. Floyd dropped out of High School to try and become a professional boxer like his father, Floyd Mayweather Sr. During his amutur boxing career, Floyd obtained a record of 84-8, and won the National Golden Gloves Championships in 1993. In 1996, Floyd was apart of the US Olympic boxing team. Floyd won a bronze medal in the featherweight division at the 1996 Olympics .
