Eating healthy is something we all don’t wake up thinking we are going to do, although, we can cut out fast foods out of our diets slowly and not eat it as much you would typically eat. These options can also help reduce obesity, fighting obesity in children or early adolescents can really change eating habits while still young. We can slowly change and improve food access and food deserts with these few options. Food deserts are a dilemma in todays world in which we are trying to find solutions to help benefit those in need. Reducing food deserts around the world can also help reduce the rates of obesity too. Those neighborhoods are also low income and that’s not something they can really control when they already have been limited to food access. Although, when it comes to nutrition access, the focus should be on poverty and not on the grocery store
