Meeting has been started by explaining that Franc Larkin had a discussion with duty IRO, regarding whether or not the case is meeting threshold for escalating to ICPC.
Franc has explained all the concerns however duty IRO was of the view that the case is currently not meeting threshold for ICPC and made a recommendation for a focus plan for two months to assess whether Family is making progress. As part of the focus plan Lisa signed a family agreement which clearly explained the expectation from Lisa. A family support worker has been introduced to the family to provide practical support to mum to make progress. She will offer sessions with mother twice in a week and also provide practical support to sort out benefits, health appointments, shopping…show more content… There were concerns regarding children being late to school however since last week they started attending breakfast club.
Angel continue to have ups and downs in her learning. She often miss her father as she was very close to him. School has managed to give her an additional pair of uniform as she attends school without full uniform.
School will be doing dyslexia screening for Kahlan.
School further stated that it's very hard for Caleb to express his emotions and he tend to keep everything with in him. Lisa stated that, Caleb is more like his father and he find it hard to express his emotions at home as well. Lisa said she can recognize this and spend more time with him when ever he look upset or in need of something.
Malachi attended school with muddy legs and mum stated that Malachi jumped in the muddy puddles during the weekends with the shoes on. Though she has washed, the shoes are still dirty. Malachi has no additional pair of shoes and his legs become dirty when he wear his shoes.
Louise stated that Angel and Malachi started attending sessions with voice and the worker will be seeing Kahlan and Caleb as they can also attend sessions with
