By definition, a leader is a person who leads or commands a group; however, I believe a leader should be the motivating force pushing the group forward and should be reliable, patient, and persistent. I believe I encompass these traits and recently displayed them in a rigorous English project which required the creation of Frankenstein’s monster(which was 8 feet tall), a map with all the locations Frankenstein had traveled, a timeline, illustrations from the book, and a song to accompany the tone of each scene. My teammates and I were overwhelmed by the amount of work required and were afraid to start. Some time had passed since the project was given to us and we had not started.
