Moral Luck seem to be problematic to me, Nagel stated in the article “Moral Luck’ that we praise and blame people based on the consequences of their actions, however, we may not have control over the consequences of our actions but we do have control over what we choose to do or not to do in order to avoid those consequences altogether, as human we have control over our actions and that is our moral status.
He also mentioned that the choices people make in some circumstances can be due to moral luck, I do not buy that idea, we all rational beings and that means we are responsible for our actions and that includes the choices we make.
