In fact, when examining the FBP, there is now enough funding for the program to continue through the full year. The FBP shows that upon launch of the country wide program, the program would indeed have to be limited at first, but as time progresses improvements to the economy and people's health will increase. As these increases to America's overall standard of living occur more funding will pursue. Eventually the country would be able to have programs such as FBP open year round such as Washington has done with their Fresh Bucks
