In the story, “Romeo and Juliet” the Friar and the Nurse are at fault because of the fact that they agreed to marry both Romeo and Juliet in secret and kept it a secret. Marrying them in secret was not a good idea because of the fact that Juliet’s parents were planning on getting her married to Paris as an arranged marriage. The text states “Things have turned out so unluckily, sir, that we haven’t had time to convince our daughter to marry you.” Which still ended up leaving us with more unfortunate events. …show more content…
