We met scope, but the time and cost of FWO project wasn’t meet. In the beginning we estimated that the project will be completed in 11 months; however, the project felt 14 days behind schedule. The project budget beginning estimation was $50,000.00 after analyzing and calculating the budget summary report; the budget exceeds the surplus by $23, 238.00 due to delay training and vendor add-on.

4. What were the main lessons your team learned from this project?
• Having a Project Champion to address all barrier that threaten the productivity of the project, communicated with stakeholders and buy-in obtainability is very import.
• Running a multi-phase project can be very successful. It all depends on the Project Manager and the determination of project group leaders.
• Having a Reserved budget is necessary when planning a project.
• The expected Budget planned can be greater or less than ( +/-) the actual budget. It is always best to increase the expected budget by 10% of the estimated amount.
• The Project Manager effectiveness of conducting monetary meeting and regularly checking up on leaders, helped with successful launching of FWO project.
