Daily Fantasy Sports Games Are Clearly Gambling
The author is using deductive arguments in the article by saying that gambling is winning or losing due to chance and the hope to win something bigger. The author makes a point that fantasy sports are legally possible because the games are classified as a game of skill and are not subject to guidelines that other forms of gambling has.
