As Gilgamesh and Enkidu meet their courageous mentor Ninsun, they bow down to her. She helps them get through this struggle, she prays for them and gives them courage just like her. When they go to the world, it is very peaceful in some places. However, other places are scary. Gilgamesh and Enkidu go to the Cedar Forest and make a sight to sleep at. As the morning approaches, they go on a hunt to find Humbaba, however, after ten hours of hunting they still couldn’t find him. Throughout their journey the first day, they learned to be brave. “...As we were walking through the forest, the animals really got to scaring me…” said Enkidu “...Yes, but we got through it together…” said Gilgamesh as they were going to their sight. When they got back to their sight, there was a letter sitting in a their tent. The note said “... I believe in you two, you will do great tomorrow on your next journey, today you were a little hesitant, but you got through it. Every person gets a little scared.
