A glass frog can jump ten feet in one whole jump without moving anything but their legs. The male glass frog usually guards the female glass frog from predators, so the female must feel special. Glass frogs live in wet lowland forest, but usually are seen near streams or rivers and usually live near their predators so the male glass frog comes in to guard the female glass frog with her babies. Glass frogs can be very transparent and see through and this is because of their red blood cells from circulation in their body. Glass frogs are very cute creatures though because of their appearance and their very strange nature.

Glass frogs also have very good diets and are carnivores, so they eat other smaller creatures. Tiny bugs are very healthy for the glass frog and are very easy to hunt because the glass frog eats insects like moths,mites,crickets,flies,spiders,and even smaller frogs. Glass frogs are carnivores which means that they eat meat which is why they aren't seen eating many plants. This is because glass frogs are not herbivores, but rather meat eaters. …show more content…

Glass frogs have a very light shade of green and yes, they are transparent, but glass frogs have little yellow suction pads on the tips of their fingers and toes. These types of frogs are very shy creatures but are also very cute creatures with their big mysterious eyes and other cool body parts like their little yellow suction cups on the tips of their little fingers and toes.
