In the 1970s, Glendale City was the nexus of entertainment and nightlife in Metropolitan Denver very much comparable to LoDo of today. It was once famous for its Celebrity Sports Center, an entertainment business landmark in Denver area owned by Walt Disney and other famous celebrities, that operated from 1960 to 1994. Infinity Park - Infinity park is a 16-acre entertainment hub home to the Glendale Raptors, one of the country’s premier rugby clubs. It is the first rugby-specific stadium in the U.S., adjacent to the City’s Municipal Center.
