Glo-Bus: Team Game Analysis

At the beginning of the semester, we all assigned ourselves to groups that we would be working with for the duration of the course. One of the biggest things that our group had to do this semester was play a simulation game called Glo-Bus. Before the start of the game each team was given the opportunity to participate in two practice rounds which allowed us to get a feel for what the actual game would entail.
During the practice round period, we did fairly well and so going into the official game we believed that we would be able to keep the momentum that we had at that point. To our surprise, many of the other teams had the same idea and also came up with better strategies to improve their scores from the practice round which resulted in us not doing as well as we thought we would.
Nonetheless, we knew that we would have to come up with a better strategy in order to remain competitive in the camera and drone market but we were not sure what kind of approach we wanted to take. For the first few decision rounds of the game, our team reviewed results from previous years and attempted to follow our competitors but, try to be better than them. Yet again, to our dismay, we couldn’t seem to remain at the top. Overall, our group did not do too well

After the first few rounds of make decision of the Glo-Bus, its became tricky because the purpose of the game it’s to compete with other groups, and we were aren’t able to find out what is the strategic other teams are going to use. The only way we could find out how was our performance, it’s to wait until the result shows up the next day. We struggled about that we were talks about if we are in the really world, is there any way we can find out what our competitor was doing before the actual loss it? We will think about it carefully in the future. Also, we have to say the Glo-Bus was well
