The Glorious Revolution would allow a tyrant government to become a more liberal form of government with the monarchy losing power and parliament and the people gaining some which makes things more balanced and doesn't let one part of the government be stronger than the other making it harder for tyrants to form and get too powerful as well as William and Mary replacing James II made the government more accepting of the people and be more fair to the people of England. We also know about Voltaire who admired England and how free it was when he went there and saw all these different kinds of people with different religions interacting with each other and being allowed to practice said religions and Montesquieu also praised it calling it a good
