This descriptive story is about my time at Great America .When I first got to Great America I was feeling a whirlwind of emotions excitement, anxiety, and fright. At the front gate there was the same voice going over and over again that was to introduce the people who had just arrived at the park and the beeping of the metal detector, I just prayed that my teeth fillings wouldn’t trigger the alarm and thankfully it didn’t. When all of the group I was with which had consisted of five people myself included and the other four individuals were my cousin Tyler, Cora Grover, Chris Grinwald, and a girl named Carly lot of C’s we were deciding where to go. After we just bolted through the line because no one was there just as Chris predicted. When we got in we all got in the cars I was so nervous my knees were weak and my palms were sweaty but I still tried to keep my cool. When we were going up I looked around and saw all the other rides compared to this one and i was terrified, then just as the final moments as the ride is slow right before the drop that your heart really drops and you feel that unpleasant feeling in your stomach as you look down at your inevitable fate and then WOOSH my senses were on fire trying to calculate my surroundings, you only hear the screams and the wind rushing through your ears your sight fails you all you can concentrate on is the black track in front of you.
