Soccer, also known as football, is the most popular sport in the world. Soccer has only been popular in the United States for the past 40 years. Soccer has been around for centuries, back to 206 BCE – 220 CE. One of the believed creators of soccer is ancient China. Some historical records say it was called cuju, which was played back in the Han dynasty. cuju was played by kicking a leather ball into a net, the similarities are undeniable. More recently, coaching has only been around for a couple of years.
