In the economic crisis，Greggs still insisted on this strategy. 2007 years, Greggs have opened 32 new shops. 2008 years, Greggs have opened 67 new shops. 2009 years, Greggs have opened 49 new shops. Until 2014, Greggs opened 50 new shops at total of 1650 shops. Opened more shops lead to earn more profits. Form 2007 to 2009, Greggs` pre-tax profit are 51.1M pounds, 49.5M pounds, 48.8M pounds. In other ways, Greggs also are good at communicative and interactive abilities. After so many years, Greggs has become a leader in the food production industry. Greggs have understood that Greggs ` workers work hard. Keeping balance of life and work is benefit from the maintaining the Greggs` reputation and culture for the Greggs employee. So holiday is playing a major role. (Hannah U, 2013) Greggs has a great holiday strategy for the Greggs` employee. So many long terms workers could be benefit from this strategy. The employee needs to rest and enjoy them life after work. Greggs also wanted to employees to take options for them holiday in order to come back feeling more productive with the simile to service customers.
