The detainees there are represented by a civilian and military counsel, and the Supreme Court has ruled that they have the constitutional right of habeas corpus, or more commonly known as a trial. The conditions of detention there are safe, secure, and humane, and they comply with national and international standards, including Common Article 3 of the Geneva Conventions, meaning their system ISN’T meant to torture.
You claim that the detainees are put under torture, but a lot of this is not actually considered torture. It’s mostly just stressful conditions that are unfortunately what come from being in prison for terrorist crimes.
