God exists everywhere (He is omnipresent) and created everything. He lives in all Christians as the holy spirit and is constantly guiding us in all our decisions. The lord is in control of everything and has a plan of redemption and restoration for everyone and everything. He has an overall idea of everything and will accomplish His plan in His own time.
If there is ever an issue with God’s judgements, we should follow Habakkuk’s example and and come to God with respect and reverence. Colossians 1:16 says that everything was created by God and for God. Psalm 139 says that we were created in God’s image. Both of these verses lead back to the fact that we all belong to God our creator and that He has a plan of salvation for everyone. Salvation is the ultimate plan that God has for everyone. John 3:16 sums up God’s purpose for everyone by reminding us of how God loves us so much that He sent His only son to die for us. 1 Cor. 8:20 explains that by dying on the cross, God bought us back.
