In the article,”Undercover Parent” Harlen Coben makes a statement declaring that, ”Computer spyware that allows parents to monitor their teens’ behavior might be scary, but it’s a good idea.” In regards to this statement, I believe that Harlen’s say in the matter is wrong. I disagree with the fact that computer spyware, or any spyware for that matter, used to watch over your kids is a good idea. In my opinion, parenting a child doesn’t mean you have to watch over them on every waking minute of their life. Instead parenting should be about developing a level trust with your child and making sure they understand the consequences of certain things, so as to not to do the certain things.
