Harmon was very busy as a kid, and ended up becoming a phenomenal young baseball player. Harmon Killebrew was born on June 29, 1936. He grew up in the small town of Payette Idaho. As a kid, he grew up in the farm with three siblings. He lifted 10 gallon milk cans, on the farm and ended up getting very strong. He grew up playing baseball at Walter Johnson Memorial Field.
