This is a great tool because most people do not keep an actual physical copy of their medical record and some never ask for a copy. With it being electronic it will allow easy access of everything; last surgery, any hospital stays, past and current medications and a plethora of other information. With Lisa being a nurse, she has access to all of the patients information and could easily give out information and be in violation of HIPAA.
