This year in health, I learned many things such as, Sexual Health, Eating Plans, Personal Safety and CPR. I learned many useful lessons that will help me in my life. But the six most important things I learned this year in health are: how to perform CPR, the self-defence stance, the different types of STI’s, how to protect yourself from STI’s, how to properly react to bullying, and the correct portion for my age in the Canada’s food guide.

So if this situation does occur, it is important for teens to understand the consequences and risks associated with STI’s.
For the personal safety portion of the year, I learned two important lessons, how to react to bullying and the self-defence stance. Bullying is a huge issue in the world and it can cause serious problems to especially teens, both physically and emotionally. Many teens suffer from depression
