This is the case with Matt who comes in to save her from her family distress later on Rafe is again the savior. The author has brought out very weak feminine characters throughout the story a demeaning aspect to the woman.
H M Irwing has done a marvelous job with this book tackling very sensitive issues including rape, abuse and drugs; throw romance into the mix and you have an exceptional work of fiction. The story is so detailed and descriptive making one easily understand the story line. There are no gaps in the plot or even filler scenes hence an easy flow of the story.
The language used is very simple and though fast paced, its likely to keep you glued to the end. I also like how the author has developed each character without suppressing the main characters. Hence a clear distinction on each. This book kept me turning it page after page non stop because of its creative and intriguing
