Heracles: The Heroic Qualities Of Hercules

One of the heroic qualities Heracles possess is his strength. It is shown in the story that his strength has been able to choke two snakes and a lion, hold an opponent up in the air, push down boulders, and held on to Cerberus. Another heroic quality Hercules has is his smarts. When he had to clean out a stable in a day Hercules changed the flow of two rivers to run through the stable to flush out the stable’s filth. His smarts are show when he handles situations, like waiting until some of the animals he has to catch to get tired or get stuck in something to make catching them easier. Hercules is shown to analyze situations as well, for example, he saw that his opponent in a wrestling match got stronger when their body touched the ground,
