Have you ever wondered what the differences and similarities between the Himalayas and the Appalachian mountains ranges were? To explain they are both complex systems of mountains, they do have some similarities, but they also have differences ranging from being old and young to being the tallest mountain.

The Appalachian mountains and himalayas have some key similarities when it comes to physical features. For example, they both have very beautiful mountains and valleys carved with perfection from the past rivers flowing through,but they do have differences. For instance, the Himalayas have polar ice caps, snowy summits,plateaus and freshwater lakes and the Appalachian mountains don't.
