Most jews had normal jobs such as farming, tailors, seamstress, factory workers, accountants, doctors, teachers, and small business owners. At the end of the the holocaust death marches were held. Prisoners were marching for tons and tons of miles. In an article it helps explain what these death marches were. “SS guards moved camp inmates by train or on forced marches, often called “death marches,” in an attempt to prevent the Allied liberation of large numbers of prisoners. For most people it was hard to go home,they made displacement camps. A displacement camp was for people who didn't have a home after the holocaust.
